Dr. Gregory Graves, one of Prism Health North Texas’ psychiatric physicians, is leaving PHNTX effective January 27, 2023.
Dr. Graves has supported the mental well-being of our patients since 2016.
If you are a patient of Dr. Graves, you should have already received notice of his departure along with an invitation to continue care with a new PHNTX provider.
