Prism Health North Texas Welcomes Alexis Bromley as Director of Development

Prism Health North Texas (PHNTX) announces that Alexis Bromley, MS, BBA, has joined the organization as Director of Development, where she will lead fundraising efforts and manage relationships with the organization’s financial partners. Bromley is a strategic, equity-centered development leader with more than a decade of experience advancing mission-driven organizations through growth and long-term sustainability.

Bromley joins PHNTX from previous experience in Omaha, NE. Positions at the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce and Seventy-Five North Revitalization Corporation led to her role as the Founding Executive Director of One Omaha, a city-sponsored neighborhood improvement program transformed into an independent 501(c)3 organization. Bromley’s role combined community engagement, neighborhood revitalization, and economic development.

“As communities grow, we typically dedicate efforts to improve education, public spaces, business development, and public safety,” said Bromley. “Health is the foundation of a thriving community, yet healthcare access is often overlooked or taken for granted. I am eager to see healthcare access expand through PHNTX’s community health centers with the support of Dallas givers.”

In her new role, Bromley will cultivate relationships with individual, corporate, and foundation donors, increasing annual revenue and ensuring the long-term sustainability of PHNTX’s philanthropic support.

“We are thrilled to have Alexis on our growing development team,” said Kim Burgan, Chief Marketing & Development Officer. “Her experience serving historically underserved areas impacted by redlining primes her to support PHNTX as we cultivate community trust in South Dallas, where women’s health and pediatric care services are now available.”

The addition of the position comes at the same time as the launch of a new fundraising campaign aimed at securing funds to continue providing healthcare for the community PHNTX serves. In May 2025, the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) announced funding pauses for HIV prevention programs, impacting PHNTX’s Empowerment Connection events, Nice Package free condom and HIV test kit distribution, and Beneath the Briefs podcast. Prevention programs are essential for improving health outcomes, reducing healthcare costs, and saving lives; and are a critical component of the care PHNTX provides to its patients.

Despite uncertainty with government grant funding streams, PHNTX continues to provide essential care to more than 18,000 patients in Dallas. The organization can be supported at www.phntx.org/give-back.
