Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program

Support for HIV Care

The Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program helps people living with HIV get the care and support they need.

The program can help pay for doctor visits, medications, and other support services. Its goal is to make sure cost does not prevent someone from getting or staying in care.

How It Works

Eligibility is based on income, where you live, and HIV status. If you qualify, you may receive services at low or no cost. Eligibility is reviewed from twice a year to keep services active.

The program helps cover the cost of medical care and support services for both uninsured and insured eligible individuals.

  • If you do not have insurance, the Ryan White Program helps pay for your care. You may only need to pay a small copay.
  • If you do have insurance, the program can help pay for copays, coinsurance, and deductibles for eligible services.

How Do I Get Coverage?

If you are eligible, a staff will enroll you in the Ryan White Program. Because Ryan White is used when no other coverage is available, they will also help you explore and apply for other insurance options.
