A Full-Service Health Solution

As a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike (FQHC-LAL), we now offer a wider range of services to meet our LGBTQIA+ community’s diverse health needs, including:

• Primary Care: Comprehensive wellness exams, chronic disease management, and sick visits.
• HIV and STI Care: Prevention, testing, and treatment remain central to our sexual health services.
• Behavioral Health: Support for mental health, including counseling, support groups, and substance use care.
• Gynecological Care: Reproductive endocrinology, pelvic pain and uterine health, and menstrual disorders.
• Family Planning: Fertility counseling, contraception, and pre-conception support for LGBTQIA+ families.
• Pediatrics: Caring for LGBTQIA+ families and their children with understanding and respect.
• Dental Care: Comprehensive oral health care, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, and gum disease treatment, improves overall well-being.
• Pharmaceutical: On-site pharmacy services providing essential medications for prevention, treatment, and on-going care, with personalized support for managing your health.
• Hormone Care: Hormonal health services available to those who need them.
• Other Services: On-site lab draws, clinical research, case management and enabling services.
