Patient-Centered Care

That’s what Prism Health North Texas’ Patient Advisory Council (PAC) is all about. This intentionally diverse group of volunteers has each been personally impacted by HIV/AIDS. They share their insights to continually improve PHNTX services for all of North Texas.

Although PACs are common in HIV and infectious disease organizations, PHNTX’s PAC delivers unmatched passion and commitment. Every member has an average of 13 years of experience with the HIV system of care.

What the Patient Advisory Council Does for You

  • Provides suggestions for service improvements.
  • Participates in PHNTX quality management activities.
