On Saturday, August 8, Prism Health North Texas will host the Healthy Start to School Bash at Oak Cliff Health Center, bringing together local businesses, community organizations, healthcare providers, churches, and volunteers to help students start the school year healthy, confident, and ready to learn.

For many families, preparing for a new school year means more than buying supplies.

Families often face challenges accessing:

  • Vaccinations
  • Dental Screenings
  • School Supplies, and
  • Other resources that support student health and success.

The Healthy Start to School Bash helps remove those barriers by bringing essential healthcare services, school readiness resources, and family support together in one place—at low/no cost to participating families.

What Families Will Receive

Through the support of local businesses, community organizations, and volunteers, families attending the Healthy Start to School Bash will have access to essential healthcare services, school readiness resources, and family support—all in one place.

  • Free Haircuts for Students

Together, we’re helping more than 150 Oak Cliff children and families get a healthy start to the school year.
