Participants in LifeWalk support Prism Health North Texas and other community partners in ending the HIV Epidemic in North Texas. HIV is a treatable chronic disease and individuals living with HIV can live a long fulfilling life if they are able to access and maintain treatment. You as a participant enable individuals to connect to the broad array of services provided by Prism Health North Texas, which provide wrap around health care and social care.
