“Second” Friday – The First “First Friday” Event of the Year

First Fridays is an event series run at the Empowerment Center: On the first Friday of each month, EC core members and community members gather to play games, participate in an open mic, and enjoy snacks and beverages. Since the first Friday of January is the day right after New Year’s Day, the first First Friday even will be held on the second Friday, on January 9 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. See you there!
