SUMMARY:Positive Perspectives: HIV Survey and Gathering
DESCRIPTION:Join an HIV Study\nThe Positive Perspectives surveys aim to understand ways to improve the lives of people living with HIV. Since 2017\, two iterations of the survey have been conducted\, engaging thousands of people living with HIV from around the world. This survey is conducted by Zatum LLC\, an independent research agency\, on behalf of a pharmaceutical company.\n  \n\nThe goal of this study is to gather information about patient-centered care and quality of life\, with the aim of improving the quality of healthcare for people of all ages. Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary\, and you can withdraw or discontinue the study at any point. We respect your privacy and will ensure that all information you provide will be kept confidential and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.\n\n  \n\nTime required to complete the survey: It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the screening questions and 30 additional minutes to complete the main survey if you are eligible to participate.\n\n  \n\nHow the information you provide will be used: None of the questions require any personally identifiable information\, and any information you provide will be kept private. We will summarize the study findings and share the results in reports\, scientific publications\, conference presentations\, press releases\, and social media to benefit others.  Your responses will never be reported\, and we will only present the results in aggregate form to protect your confidentiality.\n\n  \nYou will need a working smart phone to download the survey. \n  \n\nWhy Participate?\n\n\nThere are many reasons why you might want to participate in the Positive Perspectives study. Here are a few:\n\nYou can help to advance HIV research and make a lasting impact on the lives of people living with HIV.\nYou can share your experiences to improve HIV treatment and care strategies.\n\n  \nWho Can Participate?\nThe Positive Perspectives study is open to people who meet the following criteria: \n\nYou are living with HIV.\nYou are at least 18 years old.\n\n\n\nWhy Take the Survey in Person?\n\n\nIf you stop by the Empowerment Center on Tuesday\, March 31 from 5:30 to 7 p.m.:\n\nIn-person representatives can assist you if you are having technical difficulties.\nYou will have the chance to visit with others living with HIV.\nWe may enjoy light refreshments.\n\nIf you aren’t able to make this in-person event\, but want to participate in the survey\, go to:\n\n\n\nThis link\, and\nEnter this password: ViiVPP32025
