DESCRIPTION:Register a Team\n  \nFor Those Who Are Green\nCedar Springs Merchant Association (CSMA) invites you to tee up for Clover Classic—a putt-putt bar crawl where the drinks are cold\, the holes are wild\, and every swing supports Prism Health North Texas. \nTeams of 4 compete in a miniature golf tournament across 12+ bars on Cedar Springs. It’s $120 per team to enter\, and every putt brings us closer to a healthier Dallas. \nKick things off at 11 a.m. at Round-Up Saloon and play through until 6 p.m.—just in time for the awards ceremony at Sue Ellen’s. \nAbout Prism Health North Texas\nPrism Health North Texas (PHNTX) was founded in 1986 during the HIV/AIDS crisis and has since expanded to offer primary care\, women’s health\, pediatric services\, behavioral health\, and more. PHNTX provides affirming\, affordable healthcare in North Texas. \nAssemble a Team – $120 for 4 Players\nGather your foursome and hit the green. Awards include Best Golfers\, Best Dressed\, and Top Team ($1\,000 cash prize). \nRegistration Fees:\nNote: You MUST register and pay online to secure your spot! Teams are comprised of 4 members.
